Whether playing in an ensemble or strumming solo, the Kala KA-15S-H2 Soprano Ukulele lets you win the hearts of your audiences. This ukulele features a mahogany body that delivers a warm tone with nice articulation of the midrange. The mahogany neck is paired with a Walnut fretboard to add additional warmth in the tone, making it sound full. Additionally, Walnut improves clarity by absorbing any stray overtones in its oily surface. Graph Techs evolutionary NuBonenut is incorporated in the design to makes the tone clear at the lower end and give more stability. Four geared tuners in the headstock can be used for tuning the ukulele strings.
Quality tonewoods and plys are used in the construction of the KA-15S-H2 ukulele. The construction process follows the traditional norms of Kala to ensure the unique sound, which is the signature of the brand. The Kala ukulele has mahogany as the primary tonewood for the body and neck. It determines the fundamental warm tone of the ukulele. The sound also has a touch of grind and brittle. It is made from a highly resonant TUSQ material that has a high tolerance level while working under pressure. The NuBone nut helps the ukulele retain the full rounded tone for a long time.
